1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the
United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer
free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within
1 to 4 Business Days from the date your order is shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within
1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order. The carrier used for your shipment will be selected based on your location and package size to ensure the best delivery experience.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Docsicar is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within
7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
